This policy applies to services provided by Abdullah Rashed Al-Qattan Development & Investment Company (CR 4030542616, VAT 312032018200003), Olaya View Mall, Office 4040, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Phone: +966502000159, Email: info@qattanserv.com.
1. Nature of services
Our services are intangible consulting and coordination services (company formation, licensing, government coordination). There is no physical product; an "exchange" means moving the amount to another service with mutual agreement.
2. Before work starts
You may request a full refund of service fees if you cancel before work begins (before any application is filed with an authority or any document is prepared), less any non-refundable payment-gateway fees.
3. After work starts (partial refund)
Refunds are calculated by stage. Fees for each stage completed or in progress are deducted, and the remainder of the amount paid is refunded.
4. Government fees
Fees paid to government authorities or third parties (e.g. Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Commerce, Chambers of Commerce) are non-refundable by us once paid.
5. Installments
Refunds are based on amounts actually paid. Future installments are not due if you cancel before their related stages start; amounts due for completed stages remain payable.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
We provide professional diligence, but approvals are decided by the authorities. A rejection does not automatically entitle a refund for work completed, unless caused by our error.
7. How to request
Email info@qattanserv.com or WhatsApp +966502000159 with your order/file number, name and reason.
8. Timelines
We review and respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days; bank posting times may vary.
9. Cancellation by us
If we cannot deliver the service for reasons attributable to us, we refund all fees for stages not completed.
10. Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to resolve disputes amicably first; otherwise they are referred to the competent authorities in the Kingdom. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
